Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho, have a backup plan if his efforts fail to bring Wayne Rooney of Manchester United. However, Mourinho chose the strategy secret.
Rooney has become the main target of the Blues in the transfer market this summer. Chelsea twice filed a bid for Rooney to Manchester United, but insists the Red Devils defend the 27-year-old player.
Mourinho did not give up. He said he would fight until the last minute to get Rooney. In fact, he already has another strategy to realize that ambition.
"We have a plan B and C. Do not ask me to mention it.'s Hard to talk about players from other clubs. We try to improve the squad by bringing more than one player and we are looking to try it until the end," said Mourinho.
"You have to try it because nothing forbids you to try it. When you love to one of the players, the transfer window is open, and offer to players not banned, formal offer must be accepted in an ethical manner," said the Portuguese coach.
